【Dinner Gathering with PUMM Founding Committee】
On 17th April 2023, Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) held a dinner gathering with its key founding committee members at Restaurant F1 Kitchen, Puchong.
The dinner gathering featured a sharing session by the founding committee members, who talked about the history of PUMM, the difficulties they faced when starting up an NGO, and their advices for PUMM members. They also expressed their high recognition of the Central Committee and President Mr Tan Lay Seong’s achievements, emphasized that an NGO’s value lies in its human capital, not its monetary capital. Let PUMM not forget what history has taught, but strive to achieve new heights and overcome old challenges.
PUMM will announce its upcoming event on 13 May 2023, 2-5.00pm, the ‘Boss Talk Series 004’, which will invite these founding committees as sharing speakers. The event will be held at PUMM HQ Entrepreneur Home, and will cover topics such as History of PUMM, business strategies, leadership skills, and innovation. All are encouraged to stay tuned for this upcoming opportunity that will be announcing soon.
The dinner was attended by Founding Committee since 1993, Dato Koh Mui Tee, Dato Ler Cheng Chye, National Advisor Mr Saw Choo Hong, PUMM 2nd Past President Dr Thor Hong Tong, Past Deputy President (2008) Mr Federick Ng, 1st Past Honorary Treasurer Kenny Sim, Founding Committee Mr Lim Joo Kiat, National President Mr Tan Lay Seong, Deputy President Mr Nelson Beh, Vice President Dato Dr Teh, and Honorary Treasurer Dato Jason Foo.

2023年4月17日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）有幸邀请到多位创会理事的精英，于蒲种壹号酒家餐厅举行了一场别开生面的交流晚餐。
在晚餐中，创会理事们分享了青创会的创会历程，他们在创建及管理非政府组织时所面对的困难及挑战，其中经历的各种辉煌时期及低谷，以及他们对青创会成员的期望和寄语。他们还对现任总会长陈礼祥及中央理事的卓越贡献给予了高度赞扬，并强调非政府组织的核心竞争力在于其人才培养。他们希望青创会能够汲取历史的教训，不断追求卓越和创新，切勿重蹈覆辙。
青创会将于2023年5月13日，下午2点至5点，在青创会总会企业之家举办 Boss Talk Series 的第四场讲座，届时将再次邀请这些创会理事作为嘉宾发言。该讲座将涵盖青创会的历史沿革、商业策略、领导技能和创新思维等话题。敬请各位关注这个难得的学习机会。
