【Corporate Visit to Elianware: "Breakthrough, Create Miracles"】
On 7th June 2023, Malaysian Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) successfully organized a corporate visit and sharing session with the theme "Breakthrough, Create Miracles" at Elianware. The event provided profound insights and inspiration to the participants.
The event was well organized by the organizing chairlady Ellva Tan, assisted by Ong Wai Yeong and with ticket management handled by Jacky Ho. PUMM extends its gratitude for the success of the event and expresses sincere appreciation to Mr. Teoh Han Chuan DJN, the State Advisor of PUMM Penang and Founder of Elianware, for his warm hospitality and valuable insights shared during the event.
Mr. Teoh Han Chuan shared his valuable experiences with the participants, using his own entrepreneurial journey as an example. Starting from a small shop with a modest capital of RM 100,000, he gradually developed Elianware into a leading plastic household products manufacturer in Penang. His success story vividly demonstrates the potential of self-transcendence and creating miracles. During his speech, Mr. Teoh shared seven core methods including positioning, pricing, product development, customer relations, team building, SOP (standard operating procedures), and financing. These methods not only apply to Elianware but also provide valuable guidance to the entrepreneurs present at the event. Participants believes that his speech provided important learning opportunities for the participants, inspiring them to continue their efforts, boldly break through their limitations, and make the most of their abilities, methods, and resources to create their own miracles.
PUMM Penang had the privilege of engaging in close communication with Mr. Teoh Han Chuan and sharing a meal together. His passion for his products and his spirit of dedication left a deep impression on the participants. 2023年6月7日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）槟州联委会在亿联集团（Elianware）成功举办了主题为 "突破自我，创造奇迹" 的企业拜访及交流活动，给予与会者深刻的启示和灵感。
该活动由筹委会主席陈纾韻、助理王伟勇和票务负责人何俊仁精心策划和组织。青创会对活动的成功表示感谢，并衷心感谢准拿督张汉川先生，他是青创会槟州联委会顾问和亿联集团创办人，对活动给予了热情的招待和宝贵的分享。
张汉川先生以自身的创业经历为例，和与会者分享了宝贵的经验。从一个小店起步，仅有10万令吉的启动资金，逐渐将亿联集团发展成为槟城一家顶尖的塑料家居用品制造商。他的成功故事生动地展示了突破自我和创造奇迹的潜力。在演讲中，张汉川先生分享了七个核心方法，包括定位、定价、产品、顾客、团队、SOP（等价交易）和融资。这些方法不仅适用于亿联，也为在场的企业家们提供了宝贵的指导。青创会槟州联委会认为他的演讲为与会者提供了重要的学习机会，激励他们继续努力，勇敢地突破自我，充分发挥各种力量、方法和资源。
