On 20th March 2023, Malaysia Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) organized a courtesy visit to Deputy Minister of Human Resources, YB Mustapha Sakmud, at Sabah.
The topics discussed were future talent development, minimum wages, foreign worker issues, and the introduction of PUMM to YB Mustapha Sakmud. During the visit, YB Mustapha Sakmud engaged in discussions about the future exposure of PUMM with the Ministry of Human Resources. They also discussed initiatives that the PUMM Sabah state liaison can undertake with the collaboration of the Ministry of Human Resources to promote talent growth in Sabah and across Malaysia, particularly among the SMEs.
Participants included PUMM National Vice President Dato George Lim, Vice President cum Bureau Director of Government Liaison, Mr. Michael Teoh, Sabah State Liaison Chairman, Mr. Patrick Chiam, KL & Selangor Committee Mr. Kelvin Cheong, and Melaka Committee Mr. Albert Tan.

于2023年3月20日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）对马来西亚人力资源副部长 YB Mustapha Sakmud 进行礼貌拜访。
在访问期间，讨论的话题包括未来人才发展、最低工资、外籍劳工问题，同时也讨论关于未来如何让青创会更多地接触到人力资源部。此外，他们还讨论了青创会沙巴州联委会与人力资源部潜在的合作开展倡议，以促进沙巴和全马的人才增长，特别是在中小型企业的增长。
与会者包括青创会全国副总会长拿督林書忠、副总会长兼政府联谊发展局局长张赐林、沙巴州联委会主席詹裕俊、隆雪州州理事张国荣、以及马六甲州理事陈葦雄。
